2. Scope of Services
ElevenX is a creative and technology solutions agency offering digital, branding, and development services. The following terms outline how these services should be accessed and used:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to engage ElevenX for services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information, meet project deadlines, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle. Delays or errors caused by lack of input from the client may impact delivery timelines.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse ElevenX services in any of the following ways:
Submitting illegal, infringing, or offensive content.
Attempting to exploit or interfere with our systems.
Misrepresenting ElevenX or misusing our brand identity.
3. Project Deliverables and Revisions
Ownership: All final deliverables will be handed over upon full payment, granting the client usage rights as specified in the project agreement. ElevenX retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions: The number of revisions included in a project will be clearly stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
4. Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You confirm that any content or materials you provide to ElevenX for use in a project are either owned by you or you have the right to use them. You grant ElevenX permission to use these materials strictly for the project.
Agency Assets: Any custom tools, processes, or frameworks developed by ElevenX remain the intellectual property of ElevenX, unless explicitly transferred under contract.
5. Payment Terms
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided once work has commenced unless specifically agreed in writing.
Invoicing: Payment terms, including deposit requirements and due dates, will be defined in the project proposal. Late payments may incur additional charges or lead to project delays.
6. Termination of Services
ElevenX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
The client violates these terms.
Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
There is abusive or uncooperative behavior that hampers the working relationship.
Upon termination, all pending work will cease, and outstanding balances will be due immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevenX and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
Landin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
